Coach Hire Network required a website built around fast enquiries, clear service positioning and nationwide search intent. The brand needed to explain its offer quickly: instant quotes, group travel, minibus hire, coach hire, chauffeur services and UK-wide coverage.
The challenge
The business needed a full digital rebuild, not a partial refresh. The old PHP-based website no longer supported the level of clarity, speed or flexibility required to compete in a crowded market. The brand identity also needed to be created from the ground up, with a stronger visual system, a more credible presentation, and a booking journey that felt modern and immediate. At the same time, the site needed to work harder for search. Coach hire users do not search in one way; they look for specific vehicle types, journey types, and destinations. That meant the website had to support a much broader SEO and GEO content strategy, with detailed pages for different trip categories and location-specific journeys.

Brand strategy
We developed the brand from the start, shaping the logo, colour system and overall design direction so the business could present itself with consistency and authority across every touchpoint. The aim was to move away from a generic hire-site look and create something more distinctive and commercially credible.
UX/UI design
We redesigned the experience around the way real customers choose coach hire. That meant clearer service navigation, stronger page hierarchy, and dedicated content for different journey types. We also improved the visual presentation with better photography, helping the brand feel more established and more relevant to high-value bookings.
Development
We rebuilt the website from old PHP technology to Next.js, giving the business a faster, more maintainable and more scalable platform. The new stack supports a cleaner front end, smoother performance, and a better foundation for future growth.
Booking system and backend
A new backend was introduced to manage quotes through a dynamic quoting form. Instead of waiting for a manual response, customers can now receive dynamic pricing based on their selections, pay online, and confirm their booking instantly. That turns the website into a direct conversion channel rather than a simple enquiry form.
SEO, GEO and content architecture
A major part of the project focused on search visibility. We expanded the site with multiple detailed pages for different journey types, vehicle types and destinations, including clearer content for UK travel and out-of-UK destination journeys. The current site reflects this structure through its service pages and destination-led pages for airport and city travel.
